Rowa Café is a cozy little spot nestled in Westfield Belconnen, offering a pleasant escape from the lively atmosphere. I stopped by recently for a quick coffee and pastry, and while it’s not the place for a lavish brunch, it delivers on simplicity and comfort. I opted for an almond croissant and a rhubarb danish, both of which were fresh and well-executed. The almond croissant had a delightful crunch on the outside, with layers of buttery, flaky pastry and a sweet almond filling that was perfectly balanced—not too rich or overpowering. The rhubarb danish was equally satisfying, with its light, golden pastry base complemented by the tartness of the rhubarb, which added a refreshing contrast. Both pastries hit the spot without feeling overly indulgent. The coffee was a solid companion to the pastries. My cappuccino was smooth, well-balanced, and served at just the right temperature—simple, reliable, and enjoyable. The café itself is situated in an open seating area, giving it a relaxed, casual vibe. While it doesn’t have the polished or curated feel of standalone cafés, it’s practical and inviting for a quick break. The natural light, clean space, and touches of greenery around the seating area make it feel warm and welcoming, even amidst the hustle and bustle of the surrounding precinct.

Had a quick breakfast. I had the scrambled eggs on toast with a large flat white. Service was fantastic and great atmosphere.

My go to for Coffee at Belconnen mall. Every time I go to grab a coffee it's always perfect temperature and great tasting! I feel consistency is there every time I get a coffee from Rowa cafe. They really compliment the St. Ali coffee beans.

An amazing experience at this cafe! Spacious and best locality after a good shopping treat. Owner, Ms Purnima and her team extended excellent service. Even went on an extra mile to create a custom made a special affogato for us. Appreciate the exploring spirit & great efforts! We’ll be back again for more!
